A meeting of the Discussion Group decided to relaunch the meetings under the title of "Current Affairs". The group meets generally on the second Monday in the month 13.30 to 15.15pm at the home of Marion Wilson. However, the new format will mean that members will be able to bring along cuttings or articles from newspapers or magazines and then go round the table and pick out what has been brought along, saying a few words about each, before going on to discuss some or all of the topics.

Although there has been a good attendance, it is hoped that a few more people will join the group. Please note that for the time being, owing to Anthea's illness, the group leader is Marian Wilson. She should be contacted on 01623-752780 for a chat or email Marian for more details.
