Venue




Ashfield U3A meets on the fourth Thursday of each month at The Ashwood Centre, Portland Street, Kirkby-in-Ashfield. Back-to-back meetings are now held on Thursday morning and Thursday afternoon. The morning membership is now full, so new members are being catered for in the afternoon. Postal membership is available for members who cannot attend on Thursday.

As with Ashfield District Council Offices, the venue was chosen for its central location to the area, catering for people in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Kirkby-in-Ashfield and surrounding areas.

The following meeting dates have been booked. Please note that last-minute changes will be marked in red.

Morning meetings are held from 09:30 [doors open] for a 10:00 start, until 12:00.

Afternoon meetings are held from 12:45 [doors open] for a 13:15 start, until 15:15.
