Ashfield U3A Woodcarving Group           |
After discussions with West Notts College, this group meets from January 2009 every Wednesday evening from 18:00 to 21:00. Holiday meetings will be held in the afternoons, to be decided during the course of each year. On Wednesday March 17th 2010, a well known local wood turner, Mr. Alan Smith, will be giving a demonstration of his work at West Notts. College. It will be held in Room 39, from 18.15 to 20.30 pm. Some of his work will be on sale afterwards. Visitors will be very welcome, however, there will be a small admission charge. For more information, please ring the co-ordinator.
