Zumba Gold is a less strenuous form of Zumba, designed especially for older people.

Meetings are held every Monday from 10:00 'till 10:45, at St. Wilfrid's Church Hall, Kirkby-in-Ashfield (until 27/2/2012), then at The Bentinck, Kirkby-in-Ashfield (from 5/3/2012). Details of individual date / time changes or cancellations will be posted below where possible.

The Zumba Gold Group sessions are run by a qualified tutor and a weekly fee (currently £4) is charged to cover the cost of the tutor, the room and the heating. Comfortable clothing should be worn, e.g. tracksuit bottoms / leggings, T-shirt and trainers. You should also bring bottled water or other drinks for yourself during the session.
