After a leisurely breakfast, the group set off for London and a trip to the Vinopolis Wine Centre in Southwark, a short walk from Southwark Bridge where the coach parked for the day. Members found various venues for lunch, then met up at Vinopolis for the tour.

Once inside, the party was given a guide as to the correct way to taste wines, what to look for when tasting and even the correct way to hold the glass, before visiting the tasting halls where they were able to exchange tasting tickets for a number of general and even premium wines from numerous countries around the world.

After the tour of Vinopolis, members were given free time to visit Borough Market, Southwark Cathedral and Sir Francis Drake's 'Golden Hind' before meeting back at the coach for the return journey home.
